On Wednesday, October 26, a new state-of-the-art mechatronics lab with Industry 4.0 standards was inaugurated at the university.

At Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences, a mechatronics laboratory of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering has been completely re-equipped with Industrie 4.0 components, thus transferring the previously existing control technology and robotics laboratories into an interlinked laboratory complex. The project cost a total of 712,000 euros and is funded by the state.
