Dear graduates of the Department of Water, Environment, Construction and Safety,

We cordially invite you and your families and friends to your festive farewell ceremony from the university on 11 November 2022 in the Audimax lecture hall on the Magdeburg university campus. The ceremony begins at 4:30 pm and ends with a glass of sparkling wine around 6:30 pm.


We have prepared the following programme for you:

4:30 p.m. | Musical opening, welcome by the Dean Prof. Dr. Schmidt, greeting by Dr. Grubert (Chamber of Engineers)

5:00 p.m. | Musical interlude, ceremonial address by Prof. Dr. Turczynski (former professor at the Faculty of WUBS)

5:30 p.m. | Presentation of certificates

6:00 p.m. | Social evening with a glass of sparkling wine


Please register yourself and your guests by 26 October!

Please also remember to apply for your engineering certificate in good time. You will find the application form under the following link. Please complete and sign it and return it to the WUBS department office by 26 October.
