In the coming semester, the university's Studium Generale is once again inviting students, graduates and external participants to take part in a wide range of courses.
With the new program, the continuing education center has set itself the goal of offering courses that promote democracy in response to current social events. These are intended to give participants the opportunity to deal with democracy as a way of life and with issues relating to strengthening democracy. This also includes fair communication. On a personal level, there will be a wide range of offers on stress management, mindfulness and methods for scientific work during studies in order to promote resilience to the challenges of an increasingly stressful everyday life and the high demands of studying. In addition, application training, language courses, offers from the university library and the Healthy Hour from the Sports and Health Center are also on the agenda.
