The Hannover Messe – one of the world's leading industrial trade fairs – will open its doors from March 31 to April 4, 2025. The Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences will also be represented by the Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and the Institute of Industrial Design. Prof. Mathias Bertram from the Institute of Industrial Design presents the Orthojet system, a medical handheld device for gentle implant revision using special water jet technology. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Benedikt Lamontain's team from the Institute of Mechanical Engineering will be presenting the ViSUS PRO project, a learning environment for sustainable product development that uses virtual and augmented reality to teach digital skills and save resources.
The focus of the trade fair is on innovative technologies relating to industrial transformation. Visitors will have the opportunity to talk to the scientists and find out more about current developments and opportunities for cooperation.
